What's Really Wrong?

According to studies conducted at the University of Michigan there are 7 main reasons for a less than satisfying sex life.
1. Drugs. Things that you are taking to alter your mood can actually cause sexually side effects. Interesting to note here is that sex has been proven to flood the brain with mood altering hormones perhaps making it unnecessary to have take these substances in the first place.
2. Depression. Untreated depression, Dr. Pamela Rockwell says, can lead to many sexual difficulties. “People can experience lack of pleasure, lack of desire and lack of ability to perform,” she says.
3. Alcohol. Yup, the old myth that alcohol can get you in the mood has been put to rest here. Although it can remove inhibitions, alcohol has a direct affect on performance.
4. Stress. “Stress often has effects on our sex lives. When we are consumed with time management, working, raising children and providing for our families, we often don’t leave a lot of time for ourselves,” Rockwell notes. “What happens is the libido goes down, and the ability to accept and give pleasure decreases. People who suffer from unsatisfying sex lives may not even realize that it could be caused by stress.”
5. Pregnancy. Myth I've been able to help my clients dispel. You can turn this one around and make it one of the best sexually connected times in your partnership
6. Menopause. Again, I have experienced shifts in my clients drive and satisfaction when the underlying fears of aging, self-worth, etc are released.
7. Poor body image and self esteem. OH BOY! This is the one that I see consistently. Love your body, love yourself, and the watch out for the fireworks in the bedroom.

Looking over this list I am struck by just how easy it would be for everyone with any of these issues to apply EFT to improve their sex lives. But then again as Gary would say, "Everything is a tappable issue"

Currency

The image of money as currency is one I've always liked; money is a flow of energy nothing more nothing less. In order to access this never ending river of abundance one needs a container. Is your container the size of a teaspoon or a football stadium? If you haven't clearly stated your intended financial goals then your container is a sieve which will scatter all your efforts. Write that list of goals, start your vision board (see a sample of my video vision boards in the video bar section of this blog), dream about the things/containers of your abundance.
Want to supercharge that list and hear where your resistance is? Read your list or look at your vision board while tapping. Make sure you pay attention to the tailenders (limiting self-talk) and turn those into set-up phrases. Here are some examples to get you started.
"Even though I know that I will never be able to buy the house of my dreams, I accept myself with this limiting belief"
"Even though some part of me doesn't believe that I deserve that new car, I am open to the possibility that I do."
"Even though I'm scared that if I made all this money my family would be jealous and hate me, I choose to realize that my wealth might actually help them in some way I can't even begin to fathom."

Manifestation Magic

Have you ever thought of the words you use in the throes of ecstasy? People often use the long a sound as in aaaahhhhhh. According to Wayne Dyer and others it's no secret that this is the same sound as in the names we have given our deities- God, Buddha, Krishna, Shiva, Gaia, etc.
The connection between the sacred masculine and feminine is called procreation for a reason. When you procreate use alchemical properties to change energy into matter and create or manifest a baby or anything else for that matter. It's the whole Di Vinci Code concept of the union of heaven (masculine) and earth (feminine) meeting to form something new.
A dear friend of mine who was associated with the famous P.E.A.R Lab (Princeton’s Electric Propulsion and Plasma Dynamics Laboratory aka quantum physics research team) sited many experiments where a random numbers generator found that women and men are very different energetically. Men are the weaker of the two sexes but have laser like precision while women are much more powerful yet they are considered more scattered in directing their subtle energy. Put the two together and watch out. Those of you that have felt the intensity of an hour long orgasm know what I'm talking about.
What would it be like to have sex mean more than physical pleasure? What if you used it to heal everything from your finances to your migraines? Try it and see by stating the intention of your bedroom romp and letting yourself become a sex magician.

Lower or Higher Worlds

Sex and money are just congealed energy as Joseph Campbell said -I actually think he just said this about money- and to see it that way is to be liberated. Neither sex nor money can make you happy and you can elevate each by how you use them. You can choose to make sex a spiritual expression of love by ridding yourself of all barriers (conscious or otherwise) to really connect with your lover and your higher self. Money can be made holy by the way you choose to spend it. It all comes down to the choices you make after you've sufficiently cleared away the judgements, fears, and self-limiting beliefs.

Sex and Money

What’s up with the plethora of books on our sexless culture now flooding the market? With titles such as The Sexless Marriage, Beyond Viagra, Rekindling Desire, Reclaiming Intimacy could it be true that this sex in the media saturated generation has no libido? The Emperor really doesn't have any clothes!
Sex, like money, is a clear indicator of where we are vibrationally. As the world’s most perfect tuning forks, human beings are creators of their reality consciously or not. For those who have been deliberately shaping their lives the question then is, ” Why aren't you making more money or having fantastic soul(ful) sex?”
Could it be that you don't believe you deserve to live a life of outrageous pleasure?
